The Hallertauer hops enjoys an excellent reputation worldwide, mainly because of its high quality. Most people know, that Hops are one of only four mayor ingredients of beer. But there’s so much more that you can do with hops! The Holled’Auer Hopfen-Secco manufactory lives right in the heart of the Hallertau and is well known for the development and production of exceptional hop products.
HOLLED’AUER HOPFEN-SECCO
a tingly and refreshing-sparkling Secco, with quality wine from German cultivation, high-quality beer and natural aromas. This Secco breathes the typical flavors of the Hallertauer hops.
HOLLED’AUER HOPFAGSCHBUSI
a herb-sweet aperitif bitter liqueur, ideally suited for cocktails and beer mixes. With an unmistakable hop note, it’s our green answer to the legendary Italian-style Spritz.
DOLDENPRICKLA
a hop champagne fermented premium product in the bottle. The Doldenprickla is even more dry and sparkling than the Holled’Auer Hopfen-Secco and also lives the typical aromas of the Hallertauer hops.
